Kaizen's approach to air-blended highlighting (similar to the technique known as AirTouch). Cutting and color classes are full-day, hands-on sessions of six to eight hours. Regenerative Hair Color is also six to eight hours, and Chair to CEO is an eight-hour salon owner intensive.
